Emma Roberts: Vampy Vixen at the Scream 2010 Awards

Emma Roberts looked like a vampy vixen during Spike TV’s “Scream 2010” Awards the other day. The young actress arrived at the event in a one shouldered short lacy number which she paired with classic peep toe pumps and capped off with a jeweled clutch.

The look was certainly more mature than the previous one we’ve seen her in. But we are not complaining. We like seeing the more grown up Emma.

Emma Roberts Grows Up at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party

Have you seen Emma Roberts lately? Remember her? Julia Roberts’ niece who used to have a show in Nickelodeon? She was also in the “Nancy Drew” and “Aquamarine” movies.

The last time I saw her she was literally still a kid, so imagine my surprise when I saw this picture of her attending the Vanity Fair Oscar Party looking all grown up (or at least trying to be)!

She is 18 now. I wonder if she’s going to end up like her Aunt Julia when she gets older.

I would have to say she is quite the dresser, don’t you think? If you look at the picture, the dress she is wearing looks very timeless and elegant, while the low neckline gives it a strong sexy kick. Let’s not discount the fact that wearing such a neckline allows her the chance to show the world she’s a big girl now.

On another note, the blue color looks great on her pale skin. The colorful bejeweled neckpiece and copper toned peep-toes create a striking and beautiful contrast against all the blue of her dress.

Last but not least, the neutral black clutch is just the perfect purse choice to go with all the color. But more importantly, I commend her for choosing one that has more texture and story in it by going for a woven black clutch instead of the usual plain.

Altogether, I think this Emma look is a good 8 out of 10.
