Rachel Bilson attended the MOCA Gala held last November 13 in a fabulous dress from Chanel’s Spring 2011 collection, coupled with a pair of chain strapped sandals from Camilla Skovgaard. Altogether, you could say she was a stunning vision in vintage yellow.

The stylish lass knew when to kick it up a notch and when to keep it down. With her vintage inspired yellow frock already looking fabulous and busy alongside the equally appealing chain strapped sandals, Rachel opted for a classic black clutch to go with the whole look instead.

Christina Aguilera Shops for a Ferrari in a Mystery Bag

Singer Christina Aguilera was spotted shopping for a Ferrari with her hubby and son last week (July 31).

I’m sure most people took note of what they were shopping for. A Ferrari is hard to ignore, after all. But I have to say that what got my attention was not the Ferrari; it was Christina’s mysterious bag.

It’s hard to tell if it’s a woven chain link leather bag or crochet bag. I’m leaning towards the latter though, what do you think?

Back in 2008 (in other words ages ago), Beyonce was spotted carrying an uber chic purple woven bag.

If you’re a designer bag junkie, then I’m sure you know what this Dior is made of. For those unaware, it is actually made of…surprise! Woven leather!

I know, I initially thought it was made of wicker too, but alas, I was wrong.

Despite the material however, everything about it seems to spell stiff. I am sure a lot of work was put into making the bag; it looks very unique and intricate. But the price tag of US$3,900 is just a little too much to digest. That amount actually costs more than all of my bags combined.

Anyway, if you want something artful and fancy like the Dior Samourai, go for these beautiful and tastefully done Capelli Creations instead.
