Straw bags are hot at the moment. And it’s really no surprise why that is. The mere sight of straw bags is a wonderful reminder of glorious spring and tells us that fun times under the sun are soon going to arrive. From haute designer straw bags to affordable ones, straw bags are definitely “in”. We’ve spotted several celebs going the straw bag route. There’s Courtney Cox, who carried a straw tote while on Hawaii a few weeks back (left photo), while Glee‘s Jayma May’s had her Kate Spade Point Breeze straw tote with her during the 8th Annual John Varvatos Stuart House Benefit in West Hollywood, CA on March 13 (right photo).

I know the People’s Choice Awards took place early last month, but we just gotta feature Minka Kelly during the show for she carried this cute woven clutch that you just have to see. Take a look at the beautiful Minka Kelly:

Doesn’t she look stunning? The (500) Days of Summer actress attended the event held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles, California in a sultry off-the-shoulder Vivienne Westwood dress with a striped fabric and lacy overlay, which she paired with nude Brian Atwood platform pumps. She finished her stunning evening look with a Bottega Veneta woven clutch, which looks like this up close.

Minka Kelly definitely sizzled that night. Every piece in her ensemble complemented the others nicely. The nude Brian Atwood pumps were a good choice for her lacy dress, while the Bottega Veneta clutch gave her whole look a glamorous texture. Not to mention that the taupe color of the clutch went along with the rest of her ensemble’s color theme, too.

I cannot find Minka Kelly’s exact Bottega Veneta clutch, but this Bottega Veneta Fringed Leather Mini Clutch is certainly a close call.
